🆔 How to Find Your MAC Address on IPTV Devices

To activate IPTV service on MAG, AVOV, or Dreamlink boxes, we need your device’s MAC address. This is a unique ID (usually starts with 00:1A:79:) that identifies your device.

🔹 MAG Box

Steps:

  1. Turn on your MAG box

  2. On the main screen, press the Menu button

  3. Go to Settings → System Settings → Device Info

  4. Look for MAC Address (LAN) or MAC Address (Wi-Fi)

💡 It should look like: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

🔹 AVOV Box

Steps:

  1. Turn on the box and open the TVOnline app

  2. Press the Menu button on the remote

  3. Select Info or Server Settings

  4. Your MAC address will be shown near the top

🧭 It may also be printed on the bottom of the box itself.

🔹 Dreamlink Box

Steps:

  1. Boot up your Dreamlink box

  2. Open the DreamOnline (DOL2 or DOL3) app

  3. Go to Settings → System Info or About

  4. Look for the MAC address listed there

🔎 Format should be similar to MAG: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

⚠️ Tips

  • ✅ Always provide the LAN MAC address, not the Wi-Fi one (unless instructed otherwise)

  • ✅ Double-check there are no typos when sharing your MAC

  • ✅ Do not reuse a MAC address already in use by another active device
